Your week, planned — and every meal swappable

Breakfast, lunch and dinner for seven days, built from what you already eat — and any meal can be swapped.

EatBeat weekly plan screen with breakfast, lunch and dinner for each day

September 2026 was the month of planning in EatBeat. Version 1.4.35 introduced a plan for the week ahead, version 1.4.40 made every meal in the plan swappable, and 1.4.42 improved how the plan is put together.

What you get

  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner for seven days, with portions and Health Points.
  • Built from the meals you already eat and your personal targets from the Nordic Nutrition Recommendations 2023 — not from a generic template.
  • Don’t like Tuesday’s lunch? Swap it, and the week rebalances.
  • Vegan, vegetarian, lactose-free and gluten-free preferences are respected.

Why a plan helps

Most of the effort of eating well is deciding. A week decided in one go turns twenty-one small decisions into one. You still eat what you like — the plan just makes sure the week adds up.

What it costs

The weekly plan is part of Premium: 7 days free, then $14.99 a year, with a reminder two days before the first charge. Photo logging, today’s gap and meal ideas stay free.
