  • 14.11 oz (400g) all-purpose flour

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dough: Heat the milk in a saucepan until it reaches 33–35°C. Melt the butter and let it cool. Combine with the warm milk, sugar, and vanilla sugar, stirring well with a spatula.
  2. Mix the Yeast and Flour: Blend the dry yeast with 10.58 oz (300g) of flour and gradually incorporate into the milk mixture. Add the remaining flour as needed and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.
  3. Let the Dough Rise: Cover the dough with a clean towel and place in a warm area to rise for about an hour.
  4. Roll Out the Dough: Roll the dough into a rectangular shape, spread melted butter over it, and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly, leaving a small edge clear.
