Health Points — are a combined score of 13+ nutrients (calories, protein, fats, carbs, added suger, vegetable oils e.t.c.). The more HP a dish has, the better it balances your diet.
You have probably noticed that the first meal of the day has the most HP and as the day went on the HP score went down?
This is absolutely normal! You have already “accumulated” some calories and nutrients through out the day and every new dish is not as “healthy” as the very first one.
That’s why HP score decreases over the course of the day and can even drop to 0 HP ( if you, for example , drink yet anther cup of coffee) or go into negative values ( like yet another piece of cake).
